Gulf Trace is nestled among state park lands and historic seaside communities such as Grayton Beach and Santa Rosa Beach. Find antique and collectible treasures and enjoy exploring historic sites, such as the Wesley Mansion in Eden State Gardens Park. If your goal is to commune with nature, plan to hike the 4-mile self-guided nature trail less than a mile away in Grayton Beach State Park. Kayaking and canoeing are available along the Western Lake within the park. Much of this area is protected state park land and is a birder's delight. Bike or hike the 19-mile paved Tampoochee Trail that parallels Scenic Highway 30A for the best overview of what the Panhandle has to offer.
